​Orders once executed cannot be cancelled & will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

However in case of any product defects or damages, Stay Noted Creations Private Limited follows a Return & Replace Policy, which can be referred to below.

Return & Replace Policy
Our policy lasts 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

We request you to take a video of your order being opened, in case of any damage that occurred during shipping & send the video via an email to staynoted@gmail.com along with the details of your complaint.

Our customer care team will accordingly handle the return of the product and replace it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us, as we will send you a fresh product in case of damages or any defects.

Once an order is placed with us, our logistics team will get into action, to ensure your products reach you safely, we will dispatch your order in 4-5 Working Days.
